Services

Window Wizards provides residential and commercial window cleaning services, and other related services as described on our website. All services are subject to availability.

Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Final pricing may vary based on the condition of the property, additional work requested, or other unforeseen factors.

Scheduling and Cancellations

  • Scheduling: Appointments are scheduled based on mutual availability. We will confirm your booking by phone, email, or text.
  • Cancellations: Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made in advance.
  • We accept cash, check, Venmo, card, Apple Pay, and more.
  • Invoices not paid within 14 days may be subject to late fees.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a safe and effective service, you agree to:

  • Remove fragile items, furniture, and obstacles near windows to be cleaned.
  • Secure pets and children away from work areas.
  • Ensure all windows are closed and accessible.

SMS Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your appointments, updates, and occasional promotions.

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies.
  • Opt-Out: You can opt out anytime by replying STOP to any message.
  • Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply.

Limitation of Liability

While we take great care in our work, Window Wizards is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to windows, frames, or surrounding structures.
  • Damage due to poor window condition, faulty seals, or improper installation.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services.

Warranties

We strive to provide high-quality services but make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the results or fitness for a particular purpose.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Window Wizards and may not be used without our prior written consent.
